I have been riding with Murphy of Seaforth for a year now. I take 3-6 people out on his Wakeboard & Wakesurf boat several times a month, and we have successfully taught 100 people how to Wake Board and Wake Surf over the last year.
Murphy Sackett is a great boat captain, and in my experience, Seaforth Boat Rentals will pick you up anywhere. I have had him pick us up at Ski Beach, at Quivira Basin, at Fiesta Island, and at several other spots on Mission Bay.
Murph has several different types and sizes of wakeboards and wakesurfers available on the boat. All of my guests have been able to learn IN THE FIRST SESSION. This is an incredible success rate, in that every person I have taken there, has gotten up on a board, had the experience, and left with a big smile.
Murph operates his boat in a safe manner, and the operation can either be a private, family friendly affair, as I have done several times, or you can take a party out on the water, which is the normal mode of travel...
Anyway, Seaforth is a good value for the money, when you want to learn how to wakeboard or wakesurf, or if you are an experienced rider.
