I used to live in S.L.C. and I worked in Draper. Quite frequently I would go to lunch at Caruso's. They made the best turkey, avocado, cucumber & sprouts sandwich on a croissant. I have yet to find a place in the three states (Texas, S.C. and Idaho)I have lived since then that can even compare to the sandwiches they make. Their soup was awesome too. Especially the broccoli chedder cheese cream soup in a bread bowl. Every time I visit S.L.C. I make sure I stop in and get a sandwich. Too bad they don't deliver out of state:)
