I requested a balance transfer from my Advanta acct in the amount of $1,000.00. The money was transferred to someone elses account at Discover.
I have made numerous phone calls never getting a straight answer. Their call center is in India!!! I have also sent a certified letter to their location in Draper with no response to date.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to get this straightened out? Or am I in the hole $1,000.00 and someone else got a gift?
