I went into this location today to ship a very expensive return. When I walked in I was on the phone with my grandmother. The owner then said Miss you cannot be on your phone in here. So I excused myself from the phone and went to handle my business. Let me first say I did not see the sign when i walked in and after he made me wait, while I was the ONLY person in the store he once again said no phones in here....I told him he did not have to explain his policy! At that time I was not offended maybe annoyed ....I then asked him how much a box cost...he says five dollars ...then I get to the register it $12. Okay ...I paid it ...He then took my sewing machine and all the items with it, saying he would pack it later. When I told him I was uncomfortable with that ....he became rude. I told him to give me my machine back and my money. I went down a couple exits to the UPS Store and paid $8.00 for packing and had it packed up right away. \r \r I think it is wrong to one, make someone feel uncomfortable in your establishment and then not fulfill a simple request, especially if there is only one person beside me in the store. Also you should not quote a price and not then explain OH BY THE WAY YOU HAVE TO PAY $7.00 FOR SHIPPING. Not cool! Never going back!
