I had the pleasure of working with Michael Rishmawi of Budget Blinds of Herndon through a church project to replace vertical blinds with sunscreen shades. Budget Blinds of Herndon was selected from a field of 3 for its varied product offerings and their competitive pricing, the company's responsiveness, and the willingness to serve and helpfulness of all points of contact. From start to finish the process was positive, educational, helpful, professional. Michael is a hands-on owner of this family business. He personally came to do the free 'in-church' consultation the same week I called, was available throughout the process by phone or email, and went out of his way to answer questions, share information and educate about product for decision-making. Excellent service was always provided by those on the other end of the phone. They were helpful, courteous and available, and quickly passed messages to Michael when a message had to be left. Installation for a dozen large windows was accomplished the same week the shades were received from the manufacturer, and in one day by Michael, personally, and his wonderful father/assistant. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend Budget Blinds of Herndon!!
