Review content:
I called ahead and asked how long it would take to clean a small down feather coat. They assured me it would be done in ONE business day. It was a Friday so they said come in on Monday. Came in on Monday and the girl said no one was there, and the coat had not been cleaned. I called back everyday and it was a different excuse each time. They told me it had gone to another location for cleaning, and had come back but still was not clean. It has been a week and a half and I STILL do not have my coat back.
If you need something done quickly, do NOT rely on Gary's. It won't be done on time!
