When I originally called to schedule my appointment I specifically said that I would like to have a mole removed and I asked how much it would cost. I was told on the phone between $80 and $150. When I got to the office on the day of my appointment I again asked how much my appointment would be that day. I was again told between $80 and $150. After having the procedure done, I actually removed two moles instead of one on the doctors suggestion my bill was $500+. They gave me a discount because I didn’t have insurance and then the total was $410. I told the secretary that when I called they said mole removal was going to cost between $80-$150. She just looked at me like I was stupid and said “That is just for our office visit” This sounds like the old bait and switch to me. They were very dishonest not to tell me the true prices, which they know, when I called. I am very disappointed and will never be returning there. \r
