I had a broken Ice maker in my LG fridge, tech came in 4 times, after the 3rd time he said everything was fixed, but I noticed some parts still laying around. I checked the fridge and it turns out that he left it completely open and not connected the way it was supposed to be, because of his poor workmanship my kitchen got flooded. It is literally thousands of dollars of damage that they said is not their issue because I looked behind the fridge (If I haven't I wouldn't know that they did a shitty job and that they have to come back to fix it) Overall a horrible experience. When I called in to the manager on duty dispatch said he would call me back. He did, started a weird conversation trying to have me confirm verbally that everything was done correctly, during the call i heard some weird beeps in the background, it turns out he was recording the conversation (illegal to do without letting the caller know, which he didn't) so he would have a proof at the court. Do you really want to do business with people like that?
