Review content:
Went to the sands on May 30, 2011 and they had a power outage. Sat at a machine for 1hr. and 20 min. before an attendant came to me and that is only because my husband went to someone 3 times. When the manage came to me (Jim) the first time he was a real aXX. He said to give it time and it will come back needless to say it didn't. He rebooted the machine and said it would come back in 10 min. it didn't. Some other manage came over and gave me a voucher so I could get on my way, since I was late already do to there stupidity. Need to get there act together poor management. Will be along time before/if I return to get a whooping $10.00.
