I stopped in with my daughter to get her ices as well as my other child, who was home. I ordered a small, but asked him to put it in a medium cup so that I can drive it home without it melting in the car. He refused saying that I would have to pay for a medium to cover the price difference of the 2 plastic cup sizes!!!! I reminded him that we are a family who frequents his business and I can't believe he can be so petty over what could only be a couple of more cents for a plastic cup (we're talking clear plastic, not custom printed with a logo or anything). He said he can't make an exception for one or everyone will want it-how silly of him, its not like there were hundreds of people witnessing this. This is way to petty for a local business and he won't have our business anymore! BTW, he also has signs taped to the inside of the glass displays warning the help not to scoop too much and keep the scoops level. I wonder where else he is trying to save money??
