Review content:
The apartment manager was not going to let me out of the lease in spite of my roommate getting married without my knowledge. She finally agreed that the circumstances were beyond my control and let me out of the lease. And though I paid a separate deposit, she gave the entire thing back to the roommate and her husband, who both stayed until they purchased a house. However, the roommate informed me that her husband paid a separate deposit as well and the money they received was from their mutual deposit and as far as she knew I had been given my share when I moved out. When I spoke to her and her boss, they both refused to help me. The manager of the complex constantly copped an attitude not only with me, but other residents and made living there very unpleasant. And I personally think that she has horrible book keeping skills, bad customer service, a nasty attitude, and she has ripped me off. BEWARE OF THIS COMPLEX!!
Pros: Great parking and close to the freeway
Cons: Management is rude and will rip you off!
