Review content:
I lived in Tucson for 5 years, and never made it over to Nimbus, which I regretted. I now have lived in Portland for 4 years in the land of microbrews and brewpubs, so while on vacation in Tucson I decided to finally give Nimbus a shot. I went with 3 of my friends (who live in Tucson) and we were all disappointed with our food. All dishes were very bland. I ordered a Boca burger (which I eat weekly) and when it arrived it looked pretty unappealing, so I asked the server if it was a real Boca burger and he said it was. I didn't believe him, and after a bite I really didn't. I don't know how the previous reviewer could claim it was ""the best bar food"" he's had. As far as the beer, the bartender's description didn't match the taste at all. I tried my friends' beer, and it was very good. The bartender was very flighty while taking our order. Overall, not the best experience. I'm glad I have much better breweries to visit here in Portland.
Pros: With the large freight doors open, you can see the Catalinas and catch the warm breeze; $30 for 4 people
Cons: Very bland food, uninterested server
