Very nice staff. Very helpful and very friendly. Top notch equipment and facilities. I lost 25 pounds and increased all my weights. They have a great free-weight area! I live in New Jersey but work nearby, it's worth the extra trip. It's conveniently located to my job and I-78 so it's easy to get in and out. At my old club, it was dirty and crowded and the people were not very nice at all. This place is just the opposite, clean, never over-crowded and the other members are nice. There staff is excellent and the trainers are great. I have referred several of my co-workers and once they saw the place, they joined and now they are seeing results. There prices are very reasonable and they have corporate rates set-up for my company. One thing I really appreciate there free towel service and big clean locker rooms, I have to sometimes go back to work and don't want to carry a wet towel in my gym bag! They also have a tanning salon and hair and nail salon so when you're in a hurry, you can get all kinds of services done in one place. I am very please with this business and would recommend it for anyone.
