I always have a great experience at Profiles. I got gift certificates to Profiles both this past Christmas and the one before that. I have gotten many services and would recommend these: Kate is great with massages. Kristen is great with manicures and pedicures. And today, I just got my hair done by Melissa and she is amazing. She is an expert with color as it says on their website, so I decided to use her. She listens to exactly what you are looking for in highlights and color and she did exactly what we talked about. NO SURPRISES! \r
Everyone is really friendly and the service is great there overall! The building they are in is over 200 years old and just amazing in detail. It feels like you are in downtown Chicago! I recommend it to all. Tell them Shanell sent you!
