Businiess name:  Flying Squirrel Pizza

Review content:
This was not our original choice of pizza place but since Kylie's was closed due to some building issue we decided to make the trek south and try flying squirrel out. Out in the quiet genessee neighborhood sat this restaurant. Seem like a casual meeting place as we entered. We were promptly seated as we walked in. We noticed that they try to be sustainable and use local products in their pizza and sell stuff from local companies like molly moon ice cream and georgetown brewery beer on tap. It took a little while until a waitress took our order. They seem to be a little too casual about their service. We ordered a half Washington and half chicken sausage/goat cheese along with a beet salad. The salad was fresh and sweet. The pizza was very flavorful and tasty and the crust is thin and crispy. Price is reasonable. About ~20 for the pizza and ~7 for the salad. They have seasonal specials as well which the beet salad was. Other than the service, this place is great and you should give them a try.
