A few years ago I had Tyler Steckler with Budget Blinds come give me and my wife an estimate on blinds for our house. He showed up on time and not only provided an estimate, but spent a couple of hours with my wife talking about styles and colors. He did this without any promise of a purchase. After deciding on styles and colors, Tyler took precise measurements of the windows and ordered the products. They arrived when Tyler said they would and he promptly set up a time to install them. He did a great job and he did everything he said he would. I was so pleased with his work that when the company I work for built a new office building, I gave them Tyler""s name and number. He quoted the exact same items that another window treatment company quoted and Tyler not only matched there price, but said he could get it done faster, and he did. I have a problem with the lack of customer service provided by businesses today, but I can tell you Tyler Steckler and Budget Blinds understand and practice the true meaning of customer service. I highly recommend them.
