I bought a house that needed updated window treatment, and I always wanted 2 custom blinds, but thought they'd be too expensive. Although I kept seeing the Budget Blinds Evansville coupons in the REACH coupon magazine and would actually cut them out (I'm pretty sure I have 2 in my junk drawer right now), I never called thinking that custom blinds would be super expensive. Well one day when my family room was 10 degrees hotter than the other rooms because of the sun streaming in the window, I finally picked up the phone and called the number on the coupon for Budget Blinds. I was able to leave a message and thought I might get a return call in a few days. When in fact, Tyler Steckler called me back that very afternoon and I told him what I was interested in. We set up a time for him to come out to my house within a few days. Impressively, Tyler arrived early for our appointment. We talked again about what I was interested, and he showed me samples while he measured all the windows. I selected my finish, color and headrail - and he provided me a quote immediately which included removing my old window treatments and installation. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes. Tyler's quote was about $500 less than the rough estimate I'd come up from Lowe's, and was about $200 less than the discount website I'd found. Needless to say, I was thrilled and I ordered them on the spot. He said he'd have them in about 2 weeks. He called me in LESS than 2 weeks and we set an appointment for exactly 2 weeks from my first appointment. Well, I'm sitting here gazing at my beautiful new blinds and am amazed! First, that Tyler was in and out in less than 2 hours, second, that he helped me move my bed both times, third, that he left NO MESS, and fourth, how I saved so much money! I strongly recommend that you AT LEAST CALL Tyler Steckler, owner of Budget Blinds, to get a quote for your window treatment needs. I'm confident that you'll be as satisfied as I am.
