Why does this venue have 4 stars when everyone (excluding the editer) has hated it, since 2008? The door people are rude and nobody will take your coat, even if you pay them. There is no way to get cash because the ATM is always broken and they refuse to do cash back at the bar ( I couldn't buy any merch/t-shirts). They have no salt for your beer or tequila and no sweet-n-sour, either. Most of the bartenders were rude and unfriendly (even when I tipped them way too much). \r
If your looking for somewhere fun, with live music, try FITZGERALD'S or House of Blues, instead. Those places are much more welcoming. If you have to go to Meridian, bring cash and remember that you were warned.
