Catlin led us to believe that a house would be for rent at $995 a month as soon as the current tenants moved out. Then, without saying a word to us despite NUMEROUS phone calls from us to them and from them to us, Catlin ran a Craigslist ad and listed the property for $1,100 a month. They even had the audacity to try to blame us for not putting up a security deposit! Unless you're a LOCAL HUD Section 8 tenant, you would do well to avoid Catlin Properties and deal with Sharp instead.
