Review content:
I have purchased tires, or had them serviced for a dozen different cars, over the past 5 years, using Discount Tire locations in Bellevue, Kirkland (Totem Lake), and now Seattle (Northgate). In every instance they have been attentive, courteous, professional, and knowledgable.\r \r I used to buy all my tires online, to get the best price, and have them mounted locally. While I saved some money, I wasn't supporting my local businesses. I talked to one of the guys at Discount and they said, ""No problem! We'll match any legitimate advertised price, even on the web. Just bring in the add, or the web page, showing the correct tire size in the shopping basket, with shipping charges applied. We'll match it."" So I tried it out. Without question or hassle, they have honored that every time. And even those times I forgot to bring in the pricing sheet, they have looked it up on the web for me, and got the pricing from Tire Rack, and then honored it! They take the pice with shipping as your tire price with them, and then add mounting and balancing, tax, and your out the door. It couldn't be easier, cheaper, or more fair! In fact, on two occasions, they couldn't get as good a price from their warehouse, and they purchased the tires from Tire Rack for me, on their account, and had them drop shipped to them on my behalf, and didn't charge me anything extra! \r \r They have even discount the Road Hazard Certificates by 50%, for being a loyal customer. I never have paid for any follow-up service, such as rebalance or rotation, and they fix all my flats for free.when I had a tire blow out, even though I didn't have a Road Hazard Certificate, they discounted the tire by 50%, just for being a good customer!\r \r Why go to the hassle of buying them on the web, having to haul them around yourself, and not keep the money local, when you get value and service like this?
