Review content:
Really awful place to live. The crime rate is extremely high. There is vandalism all over the place. The ""nature trail"" that is right beside the complex is a favorite for the homeless population in Lawrence. Frequently when I walk my dog I see men sleeping along the side of the (very dark, unlit) trail. The management is immature. All ""maintenance"" is performed by a man who lives in Topeka so good luck with emergency situations. The apartments themselves are very small (You can pic to either have a sofa and T.V. or a dining room table. Impossible to have both.). The walls are also incredibly thin. When I'm getting ready in the mornings I can hear the people above us and to the side of us using the restroom (ewww...) and sneezing. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs.
