LBS (laser body solutions) in Hamden is a bad option for any medical treatment/procedure - the Dr is professional up until you pay then he's a diff person.\r

Their zerona and lipo light treatments are a farce - they'll argue that it is not a weight loss treatment and that the expectations need to be reasonable, both of which I have/ had fully agreed with but you'll find out after just a couple of visits/ treatments that they have no proper procedure for those treatments - they just wing it. In fact their nurses who are otherwise very friendly ask you (the patient) for steps to perform the treatment because the Dr didn't care to advise them how. \r

And here's the shocker of all - their body sculpting machines are not 100% operational - when questioned about it, the Dr didn't care to even provide his explanation to my face and let his nurses do that for him - even if he was busy at that time, there were other times when I met him after the fact when he could have had the decency to explain it in person. And guess what the explanation was- ""oh yeah, it is a known issue and we have someone coming in to fix the equipment."" \r

For $900 per day visits which is what I had to shell out, for a total of $3600+tax (and this was no money that I picked off a tree), this is no way to be treated. Find better alternatives to this place. Consider yourself warned. I have nothing to gain with this review and just want others to not commit the same mistake I did by picking this place. Thanks.
