Review content:
Oak Park Yoga is a yoga studio where anyone, no matter what your age, body type or physical condtition is, can feel comfortable. With it's non-competitive atmosphere, serene space and emphasis on yoga as more than simply a practice to beautify the body, it is a sanctuary of calm and right mindedness. \r

A little over a year ago, I began yoga practice again having been inactive for a few years because of back and shoulder injuries. I felt so debiltated that I was actually nervous about trying to do yoga for fear of hurting myself even more. William Hunt's wise and gentle teaching and my own dedication to practice, gave me back a strength and vitality I had been thinking I would not have ever again.\r
\r
Do you yourself a big favor, and start yoga lessons now!\r
\r
And Oak Park Yoga is easy to get to and there's ample parking behind the building. \r
