Aug. 20112 - Zul, we appreciate you recommending this trip to the Riviera Maya. It was amazing! From the time we got to the airport, to the time we left back home, we were greeted with a friendly smile & someone was always eager to help us if we needed it. The Valentin Resort was great. Lots of walking, which was good exercise that was much needed. It was clean & always being attended all over the property. The room was big & I absolutely loved the huge bathroom! I also liked the fact that our patio was a couple of feet from the pool that wrapped around part of the resort. We enjoyed the activities & shows they had. Very entertaining!! We enjoyed the restaurants. We were able to go to 5 of them. Great service!! And even though my husband is mostly vegetarian, he was able to find something on the menu everywhere we went. We did get a chance to go to the beach. It was relaxing & beautiful to just sit back and look at the water. They even had someone raking the sand & picking up trash, if any, the whole time we were there. You could tell they take pride in their property. Shopping was an experience. We went to Playa Del Carmen to do some light shopping. Found a few good deals & had fun listening to all the sales pitches. The day we left was so sad for me. I sat in the taxi & thought how I didn't want to go home yet. My husband said he we send me some more clothes. LOL! We both had a wonderful time!! Zul, you were great with the information on the Resort & what to expect. You really took the time to show us the different places we could go & experience. You were easy to talk to & I enjoyed all my visits with you. We were very happy with the choice we made. The only only disappointment I had was not having more vacation time so I could stay longer! I will definitely recommend the Valentin Imperial Maya to anyone. Great service & Great Staff! And Zul, we plan to use you on our next big adventure & will surely recommend using you & your services to friends & family. Once again, thanks for all your help & time to make this a memorable trip for us.\r
