Absolutely Horrible. 45 minutes after I ordered my food the delivery guy called me and told me that since he was running late he was canceling my order and was not going to deliver my food. I then called the restaurant and the woman working just kept saying "I so sorry" finally she told me that she would contact him and then call me back. I waited 30 minutes from that time and decided to call her back. I called her back and she said she called the delivery guy and manager, and the manager would be calling me back. So as it is 3 hours later I have no food, and no one has called me back. If I had to choose between ordering Uncle Chen's and getting kicked in the balls, I would choose getting kicked in the balls.
