We loved working with the folks at Marc Samuels Jewelers for my engagement ring and wedding bands. My husband bought my engagement ring there which was just wonderful and “big”, and so we came back to purchase the wedding bands as well. The store is great about being helpful without being pushy, and they are great about communicating with you when you are waiting on your rings to arrive. I wanted to have my bands soldered together but couldn’t do it since they needed to be used separately for the ceremony. After we returned from the honeymoon, they soldered the 3 rings so perfectly just how I wanted it, and they never had any attitude about it. They told me that they insisted I was happy with the work, and would keep redoing it until I was satisfied which was not necessary since their on-site jeweler is so precise. I really appreciated that, because I felt guilty for being so picky. We love our rings, and I’m really happy knowing I can go to them with any issues (since they offer lifetime warranty with ANY purchase) and knowing I will receive great service. Marc Samuels, you have offered me great product, and professionalism! I will definitely be going back and recommend it to others.
