Will not return! The office didn't really have a comfortable ""feel"" and I didn't find the staff to be very friendly at all. \r
Lastly but most importantly, I used a groupon and even though they were running a special, they said, ""we have to charge you full price since you are using a Groupon""...nice! Too bad for me full price meant a whopping 50% price increase!! This information was delivered to me after my service. The price for the service I received seemed very much inflated and I am quite sure it was, after checking around at other Med spas and from my own personal experience a 50% increase??. So they are running a little scam in my opinion. Sell a groupon but still get the customer's money by increasing the price to something ridiculous, what are you going to say , your using a coupon, right? \r
Too bad for them because they lost what could have been a very good customer, who likes to spread the word.
Cons: dishonest business practice, unfriendly staff
