I will never use their services again. I chose them because they had loaner cars and I had some damage to my vehicle that was going to take more than a day or so to fix. They had my car 3.5 weeks. In the second week they had it, I was told that it would probably be done by Friday and mid week I would get a call. Call never came. I would e-mail them asking them status and wouldn't hear back until I called them. Then In the third week they told me again my car would be done Friday. They never called and said sorry it won't be done just no call for the second week in a row. Finally in the beginning of the next week, I sent a long e-mail to the owner complaining about the lack of communication and the terrible customer service I was receiving. They did knock off some money off my deductible. However, when I got to the shop to pick up my car after 3.5 weeks, the receptionist said she "accidentally" already deposited the checks from my insurance company, which they aren't supposed to do until I see the repairs on my car. She said she had permission because I signed the paper saying yes you can repair my car. I was NOT happy to say the least and will never go back there nor would I recommend ever going there.
