Im very sorry to hear the outcome results for the previous costumer. I completely love this bakery. Actually it was recommended by my aunt and her husband they live in newbedford, MA. Every birthday of my cousins they travel here and that's where they buy my cousins cakes. My son for his first birthday had a winnie the pooh cake from here absolutely delicious and the cake served 130 people. That was on April 19, 2012 and now this year round my son will be two and guess where im ordering my cake. Tip, from here. However, I completely recommend this bakery. They are on time and listen to your need or wants. And also when I was pregnant I came by there once never new how the cakes taste, but I stop to get pasteles dulce y guayava and never had a nasty experience with them.
