Review content:
Witzke was very kind and sensitive when my mother passed away, and did everything that we asked. It was what they didn't do that upset me terribly. I have (fortunately) never had to arrange a funeral before and was distraught at the time anyway. So it never occurred to me that I needed to tell them what to do with my mother's hair. And they didn't ask. They simply slicked it down and combed it straight back. My mother looked terrible, and by the time I discovered it, it was too late to do anything about it. I can't tell you how upset my brother and I both were. However, since everything else was exactly as we asked, I'm still giving them 3 stars. Just be sure you are VERY precise and detailed when you give them instructions! Ask someone else who has arranged a funeral before for advise.
