Businiess name:  Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
When we first used them 5 years ago, the prices were high and the service was good. Now the prices have escalated and are beyond reasonable, given that we are Ben Franklin Society members. They have consistently shown up late for the last 3 years, and their delay guarantee does not apply to the annual inspection visit, which is just an opportunity for them to look for something wrong.\r \r It's time for me to quit their Ben Franklin Society and look for a reliable plumber without these overly inflated flat rate charges. Perhaps someone who does show up on time and recognizes that their customers have jobs, and that taking time off to meet a plumber requires scheduling on the part of the customer.
