What a joke this place is. I myself had a similar experience with the cast of characters that work there. Almost 2 months to tune up a lawn mower that came back without a blade...sheesh.\r
The owner needs to go back to charm school followed by a customer service 101 course. \r
The worst service in the history of mankind and the sloppiest repair work possible. \r
There is a guy in the Chelmsford area - Mike's Equipment Repair - I would reccomend him highly for all your equipment repairs. He recently serviced my snowblower and was able to do a complete tune up with pick up and delivery in less than 2 days. His service is outstanding and his work was impeccable. He called me twice during the 2 days he had my snowblower and the cost was excatly what was quoted.\r
Thank god for this guy.
