We had 2 small room carpets steam-cleaned and shampooed. The following day there was some cleaning residue which remained on the carpet. When I called the company, the following day a technician was dispatched to redo the carpets. I saw some spots I thought were missed and again 1800NYCARPET came back and took care of the problem. I can say this company is prompt, reliable and has a very good business ethic. The carpets look terrific! I would recommend 1800NYCARPET undoubtedly. Thank you again!
