Review content:
Right off, you will notice that the front desk receptionists are both bitter old ladies who always have a negative, condescending attitude whenever you must visit this office. On the phone, you can almost never get through to a live person, and when you do, they are decidedly unhelpful. They consistently fail to follow up on the committments they make to you.\r
\r
The doctors are always too busy to see you, assuming you even get to see the same doctor you saw at your last visit, and they also are unhelpful. For a professional medical office, this one is inarguably substandard and inadequate. \r
\r
If you need a real cardiologist, I suggest you go elsewhere. I've been shunted around to three different doctors since I first started going here. They seem to have a problem keeping their help around which is never a good sign.\r
\r
I ended up suffering from an abdominal aortic aneurysm which this office failed to detect, monitor or treat properly because they were too busy shuffling me around to different doctors. I suspect they take on too many patients and can't handle the load.\r
\r
If you really want to experience constant frustration with a doctor's office, by all means seek treatment at Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates.
