Worst manicure and Pedicure EVER and I left there bleeding\r
\r
I had a groupon for a SPA manicure and pedicure ($39 for groupon) When I arrived at the salon I was surprised by the nail station and lack of reception. It was a dive! I sat in a comfy oversized black chair and was surprised this was the pedicure station. The foot bath was on a rolling cart and it was like a workout to keep my feet up the entire time. Not to mention, my feet were placed on the manicurist's lap (weird). She used the last bit of the nailpolish and my pedicure came out bumpy. It looked very uncomfortable for the manicurist too!\r
\r
The manicure was even worse! I couldn't use the same nail color because she barely had enough to do my nails. SHe shaped my nails, not asking if I wanted them round or straight. Before she painted my nails, I asked her to cut my cuticles. She was hesitant and said I may cut you. I asked her to just clean them up. Lets say she went quickly and she cut me on every finger on my right hand and my thumb, pinky and pointer finger on my left. Although I felt the pain, she cut me in so many places I couldn't even finish my manicure. I waited their for 30 minutes trying to stop the bleeding. When it slowed down, she started to apply base coat. My thumbs were bleeding so much that she brushed blood into the polish. Yuck and unsanitary. I stopped her and said that my fingers were bleeding too much. \r
\r
I left with my fingers bleeding and ugly toes. I later called the owner. She was very nice and offered a different service for me, She told me that they are not allowed to cut cuticles in her salon. WHAT? WHy is that? Every manicure/pedicure I have had has cut my cuticles. After talking with a friend, I realized the girl had not gone to beauty school and was not licensed. Why even have a cuticle tool then. \r
\r
Don't waste your time there! I never felt relaxed either!\r
