NOT RECOMMEND FOR BIG DOGS. I would say they cleaned my dog well, but we couldn't stand Jane’s attitude toward big dogs. She was being VERY protective of her own dogs, which they are hanging out by the reception desk. So if you have a medium-big sized dog, she tells you to drop off and pick up your dog through the back door (but check in and pay through the front door). Why? To avoid her dogs. That’s the service we pay for?\r \r The thing that really turned us off and decided we would not go there again was that she was complaining/yelling at a guy bringing his Doberman to the front door because she was afraid that dog would have a problem with her own dogs. Really? Yes, that dog was a Doberman, but he was so calm. We were expecting this place to be dog lovers and understanding since they have had this service for years, but it was not that way at all! She loves her dogs, but not others. She shouldn't have anything against any breeds, but judge them by their behavior. I would say if you have a small dog, this place would be fine, but big breed dogs should not go there.\r
