I just had to take the time to write this review, which is long overdue. The cleaning is perfunctory. Don't count on any stains being removed. On one occasion I took my cleaning, still in the bag, uptown to Liberto's to have the job done right. Why do I keep coming back to this place? Because it is in my neighborhood. Today the alterations I ordered finally came back, 2 weeks late. I asked for 2 skirts to be hemmed. Both jobs were so terrible I can't wear the clothes. So yet again, I am asking the manager to give me the altered clothes, unpaid for, to take them to Liberto's. I guess I have finally learned my lesson.
