We have a small dog with the bladder control of your average octogenarian, and with family coming for Easter, decided last minute that a carpet cleaning was definitely in order. Since our little rat dog is pretty liberal with her sprinkling, we're familiar with several carpet steaming services and have used a number of them in the past. After calling around early on saturday morning, we found Platinum offering the best deal so made our appointment with them. They got there quickly, and the guy (Kris) who came out was friendly, polite, and most importantly very good. He got the rooms handled amazingly quickly - about 500 square feet in less than an hour - and in all honesty, did a better job than any of the other services we've used in the past. We'll be using Platinum in the future.
