I needed some help today - I was going to change my bike oil, but couldn't budge my oil filter, so went down to Carls and asked them if they could loosen it a bit so I could take it home and change my oil. The guys in maintenance were great - they didn't make me feel like I was ""putting them out"".... one of the guys came right out with a wrench and loosened it so that I could get it off when I got back home. He even gave me a few tips on how to get the job done. I sure like that kind of customer service; I'll remember that next time I'm ready to buy a new bike. Thanks guys.
