We did a gut rehab and we were referred to Chicago Renovation by a friend who has used them several times over the last 10-15 years. We had a wonderful experience as the crews showed up every day and they were extremely professional and did quality work. The owner is very direct and lets you know what is going on whether you like it or not and resolves problems quickly. In spite of running into some major unforeseen issues, they were still able to complete the major renovation of our entire house without a major delay. This was our first experience, but we will use them again in the future.
