It's so hard to find a decent spa in the area that isn't overpriced and gives you a crappy experience. At Body and Mind- it's a perfect spa for me! Very friendly staff, great prices, and it has all the amenties you would want. They take the time to make sure you are happy with your experience. They don't rush you in and out like a lot of other places. I've been there for a facial and nail appt. and both were great. I would definitely go back!
