Review content:
We had gone here for a party and it was horrible from the moment we stepped into the door. We arrived a few minutes late and they quickly told us we were unable to have our scheduled spa lunch (which was not good). The spa is tiny! The space is not like what is depicted in the pictures, don't be fooled! I had a massage there and I heard the therapist in the other room talking. The resting room was very small! I could barely move around in the room. We had to wait so long for our services. The nail technician /cosmetologist Bella was extrememley rude to us. We asked her simple questions and she gave us such a bad attitude. How unprofessional! I have never been treated like this at a spa! She messed up my nails (I could have paid much less for much more in my neighborhood). The manager was also not there to solve our problems. This spa is horrible! Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else and be treated like a Queens.
Pros: Therapists and secretary were really nice. Lots of treatments available
Cons: Nail technician/cosmetologist Bella, tiny tiny spa, bad lunch, no parking, they rush us
