Nestled in the village of whitestone is a quaint spa. The minute you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff and the aroma of candles burning makes you feel welcomed and calm. I have been going to the Body and Mind Spa for over six years and love it! The staff is very professional, the services offered are exceptional, and the facility is very clean and soothing! They offer discounts on packages and I always take advantage of them because I know there is no other place I would rather get a facial or massage from! I recommend Body and Mind Spa to anyone who wants a great experience!
