Horrible experience my aunt has cancer and we tried to get a wig here.Being vulnerable and very emotional we were taken for by the owner.We tried on several wigs and did not like any.Finally there was one we liked but not the color. \r
She said she could order us some colors of that wig to try on. but we had to pay $200.00 for her to get it. Also she said she would put a rush on it so we could get it in 3 to 5 days.Not true! still on the 8th day still no wig! we went to the cancer society and got a wonderful wig for free. Youmi the owner gave us no warning or indication that if we did not like the wig she ordered that we would get no refund.I can understand if I left the store with the wig, yes... no refund .but we have not even seen the wig she ordered us yet!she has refused to return our money...I do not recommend this store!
