Review content:
They ripped me off for $100 and I will never give Firestone a penny of my money again! \r
I paid them $100 to join their Muggers Club, this meant I could bring in my own beer mug that they kept in the Taproom to refill whenever I would visit. I brought in a custom made Harley Davidson mug with my name on it. Within a few months, it disappeared (I was told an employee broke it) so the barkeep admitted to their need to replace it for me. Months went by and no mug, then I was told I needed to bring in the artwork so they could have it made, which I did right away. Another few months went by and finally the barkeep set a regular Firestone mug in front of me and said he was told this was all they were willing to do. When I asked why, the manager stepped in and said to take it, or get out and never come back. I told him what was promised and he said, very biligerently, the owner told him they were not going to make me a mug, period, and if I didn't like it to get out. I then informed him that they owned me my $100 back, and the manager got so mad he was ready to hit me, and my buddy, so I left and will never step foot in a Firestone establishment again. Since Firestone tires is the same family I even passed on buying a set of their tires, so they lost another $1000. \r
Whenever someone mentions Firestone, I tell them what happened. If they go out of business I won't shed a tear.
