I'm very unhappy with the transaction I had with Peterson. When I wouldn't give them my social security number they got very upset. It basically went downhill from there. I didn't see any reason why they needed my SS # when I wasn't financing through them. They are definitely part of the ""good 'ol boy network"" so ladies, go to Tom Scott Toyota. I buy a new car every 2-3 years and always a Toyota or Honda. I will never buy a car from them again. I never received a survey from the manufacturer so I'm sure they did something shady to keep me from getting one. Doesn't surprise me. I've told numerous people about my bad experience and every one of them had similar issues. Thank GOD for the internet so consumers can warn other consumers about unethical businesses. Once again, GO TO TOM SCOTT OR HOMETOWN TOYOTA. They will treat you fairly and respectfully.
