The plumber is nice. It ends there. Completely. I wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy\r

Sure, ask the plumber to give you a quote. It does N-O-T matter. He will bait and switch you. He will quote you for one thing and when he starts working, he will end up CHARGING YOU DOUBLE by the time he's done.\r

Oh, did I mention that nothing got fixed? And did I mention that Kevin couldn't even figure out what the problem was?\r

Even if he could, Kevin was complaining about how he was not prepared to do any work and that he was having back pain. YOU'RE IN THE WRONG JOB THEN!!\r

I will never use Richardson Plumbing again. Ever. And I hope you don't too.\r

I am still extremely upset that I wasted a whole day waiting for this emergency to be resolved to absolutely no avail. There was no progress whatsoever.\r
