Review content:
We have been without heat for 1 week ( during record settin cold in LA) despite 4 visits from a tech. Says there is nothing wrong with our $3500 heating unit, but all we get is cold air being pumped out. The unit has worked about 4 hours total since installation. 3 thermostats have been replaced and the company insists that the thermostat is the problem. The unit turns on, but we get nothing but cold air. Sounds like heater unit to me despite Season insisting there is no problem. Don't use this company.
