Review content:
Unimpressive customer service! I had to ask three different people for my sushi appetizer. Finally, it arrived when the chef had already given me vegetables. I ordered steamed rice which came with the meal, and it showed up after I was finished eating had to ask for it twice. Not to mention the chef had made extra fried rice for the other patrons at the table, but didn't give it to me (I assume they threw it out). My water glass was only filled once. The chef must have been new has he dropped the knife multiple times and really didn't seem that talented at the hibachi grill. To top it off, we used a buy one get one free coupon from the Entertainment book to which an 18% gratuity is added automatically. A gratuity that would have been zero otherwise. I think the restaurant was short staffed for a Saturday night, but if that was the case, why did they have so many grill tables open. I addressed the head cashier, and the issues were not resolved, so needless to say that was my first and last dining at this establishment.
Pros: Nice atmosphere.
Cons: Poor service and management.
