Rick was the contact,rug cleaner,deliverer, and installer all in one. He did everything and one word describes his service, "outstanding". We had 3 oriental rugs taken care of and Heirloom did it all. He even helped us move some heavy furniture to position our rugs properly. Also, the promptness of service, courtsey, and advice offered make Heirloom worthy of its name. And all of this at a reasonable cost. Thank you Heirloom!
